October 6 Class - Join Maria as she introduces the foundations of energy and vibration through the chakra system as you learn what they are and how they play a role in your well-being.
November 3 Class - What does it mean to "raise your vibration"? How do you do this, and why is it important? If these are questions you have pondered, join Maria in discovering different ways to move your energy and shift your vibration/frequency for optimal health and well-being. This class will end with a mini sound bath.
