During the session, participants will lie down and be guided to relaxation while the vibrations of the crystal bowls activate and balance the energetic body.
Some possible physical benefits of session are:

- improved mental clarity
*This is an hour long "meditation" session with no physical movement. Please bring amat/blanket and any cushions or props that you might want to enhance your comfort.
