Mini-Hub Event: Layers of Protection

In this mini-workshop, Maria Hartemann and Laura Mock will guide an empowering conversation on body-mind awareness, sharing insights and practical mindfulness rooted in the belief that true healing comes from within - as Maria and Laura are simply here to help guide you back inside to your innate wisdom. And, of course, yummy snacks will be provided!

Emotional pain and trauma are experiences we all navigate to varying degrees. In response to this pain, we often build defensive walls or protective bubbles—to safeguard our well-being  While these protective barriers serve to protect us from pain, they do have an expiration date and if left ‘up’ too long, they can keep us stuck in painful cycles. However, with gentle, loving awareness, freedom from old patterns is possible!
