Expanding Consciousness through Self-Worth

Over the last twenty-five years, it has been my privilege as a teacher and spiritual mentor to fall in love with people - their journeys - their souls! I am deply blessed to know the depth and light of so many!

However, at first, as individuals enter a space I created - an elementary classroom, my office, or the sacred cabin in the woods - they may feel vulnerable and disempowered. No matter their age or background, as they open up to the dark spaces within, many of their inner voices are the same: I am not good enought - I am not worthy.  This is the pivotal moment - the moment the ego may say to avoid. However, conscious awareness begins at this VERY moment - be it in the infant stage, but IT begins! It is the moment that sets them free! The moment they stepped into vulnerability, what may have been perceived as their weakest moment - is their strength! They opened the dark cave where illusions and confusions lie - and allowed the Light of Love to enter, and naturally, they transform, evolve, and expand. It has begun!

Therefore, we will descuss how self-worth is a universal struggle, how self-worth directly impacts our consciousness, and how to support your personal self-worth journey, remembering yourself as Light!

You are welcome to participate or simply listen - with your camera on or off. I will share my observations in the first half of each offering, and the second half will be a discussion. I will also record this session and add it to Vistara's catalog. Therefore, if you choose to participate in the discussion, please know it will be recorded for future Vistara students.
